About Ashtanga / Me

I am a Ashtanga yoga teacher. Ashtanga yoga links breath and movement creating a meditative explorative space - it has become a foundational practice in my life.  My classes will be fun and energizing and will always be adapted depending on who comes to class.  As well as deeply rejuvenating, I find yoga playful, fun and challenging – be prepared to get a bit tangled and sweaty in class but be assured that whatever your ability or injury we can adapt the practice to suit you. We may try things that you will find awkward or think impossible, but I believe it’s in these explorative moments - the tangles, that we discover treasures about ourselves.  I have been practising yoga for 13 years and it has changed my life – I hope that you can find freedom and fun in equal measures in class.

Ashtanga Yoga

I continue practice with my teachers weekly. What I teach comes from what I have experienced on the mat during yoga practice. The mindful practice of Ashtanga has changed my life for the better and continues to do so. Please contact me if you are interested to learn more about the Ashtanga yoga practice at etalb@yahoo.com. The practice is suitable for all people regardless of age and ability.
