I am a Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher. Ashtanga yoga links breath and movement creating a meditative explorative space - it has become a foundational practice in my life. My classes will be fun and energizing and will always be adapted depending on who comes to class. As well as deeply rejuvenating, I find yoga playful, fun and challenging – be prepared to get a bit tangled up and sweaty in my classes but be assured that whatever your ability or injury we can adapt the practice to suit you. We may try things that you will find awkward or even impossible, but I believe it’s in these explorative moments - the tangles, that we discover treasures about ourselves. I have been practising yoga for 11 years and it has changed my life – I hope that you can find some freedom and fun in equal measures in my classes.
I have 200hr YTT from Akram Yoga and 200 hrs YTT John Scott Ashtanga Yoga. 300 hrs Akram Yoga./ I’m registered with Yoga Alliance UK. I can also teach Yin.
